When did the center open?
We opened in July 2024 and we are the FIRST Pickleball Center in Jamaica! Come down and check us out.
Where are you located?

Is there a membership fee?
No! SIGN UP IS FREE for Pickle Ball Player…(See VIP Membership below) Our facility is open for everyone to use. You only pay for the courts, clinics, events or lessons that you book. For added benefits, you may signup as a VIP Membership.
Sign me up! How do I book courts?
Just create an account by completing our Registration Form (Click Here), your account will be created. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Pickle Ball Player membership. Once your account is active, you can log into our Reservation system and book courts or sign up for private lessons, group clinics, leagues and other events whenever you want.
What does it cost to Book a Court?
Courts cost between J$2000 and $4000 per hour depending on time of day. CLICK HERE to view rates.
Public Holidays are charged at the Weekend rate.
How do I pay?
Once you are signed up on our website, you will be redirected to our online Secured Payment Gateway system to pay with Credit/Debit Card. Until this is up and working, you can pay at our Front Desk when you come into play.
How do I update my billing details?
Please go to your Account on booking system. Click HERE and enter the new details. This will automatically replace your previous billing information.
Do I have to pay for the whole court and get my friends to pay me back?
No! Add the names of your fellow players when you book a court and we will split the cost equally between you all. No more asking friends to bring along J$500 in exact change every time you play! Just ask them to become members instead. If they do fail to pay though, you will be responsible for their charges!
I don’t like giving out my credit card details over the internet. Do I have to?
Pickle and Chill is committed to make it easy for you to pay for services but we strive to be a cashless facility. If you prefer not use Credit Card online you may pre-load your account by bank transfer or direct deposit to allow you to make court bookings or other purchases. Credit card details are held securely by our Payment Gateway, not by Pickle and Chill.
How many courts do you have?
There are 5 pickleball courts! All courts are have lighting and dividers to ensure that your play remains un-interrupted
What’s a VIP Membership?
VIP Membership allows members some special benefits! Below are a few…
- VIP Members can book a court 7 days in advance.
- A VIP member can have up to 3 active bookings at one time and each booking must be a maximum of 2 hours per booking.
The VIP membership is J$20,000 per month. This $20000 can be shared by many people and all can use the VIP booking ahead of time, through the main holder of the account.
What are the rankings and what does the numbers mean?
2.0 – Beginner
2.5 – Had a couple of lessons and is just starting to get the hang of it
3.0 – Lower Intermediate. Knows the rules and can enjoy games but struggles with accuracy and is still learning basic strategy.
3.5 – Intermediate. Always trying to get to the net, can play dinks and volleys and is starting to develop the third shot drop. Has a good idea of the strategy but doesn’t always follow it.
4.0 – Higher Intermediate. Has a strong knowledge of strategy and shots. Working on improving consistency (fewer unforced errors)
4.5 – Advanced. Strong player who can play all the shots and understands strategy well. Might be thinking about doing their coaching certification.
5.0 – Pro. Go enter some tournaments!
I’m a complete newbie to Pickleball. How do I get started?
If you have never played before, we recommend our First Timer Clinics. We post updates for when our clinics are held on our instagram page.
Can I buy or rent paddles? What about balls?
Yes! Our Pro Shop stocks both the top and mid range paddles from the leading manufacturers, at by far the best prices on island. No need to wait until your next trip off island. Our paddles range from USD$80 to USD$200 so there’s something for everybody. For balls, we offer the insanely popular Franklin X-40 or our generic ball…price to be determined. We also will begin to rent paddles out for J$500 per session if you don’t have one.
What is a Round Robin?
Round Robins are one of the most fun ways to play Pickleball. You get a group of people together and rotate around. Everyone plays with everybody else once and against everybody else twice. You add up all your scores on a scoreboard (which we can provide you) and total up to see the winner!
How do I sign up for Open Play and Ranking Nights?
Log in to your account either on the web or the app and then choose Events. You will see a list of all the upcoming organized sessions. Just pick the one you want and sign up for it.
What else do you have at the facility, other than pickle ball courts? There’s a Bar and Restaurant?
There sure is and it’s a good one!
The Pickle and Chill Bar offers great drinks in a relaxed atmosphere to come and hang out, listen to some music and play or watch your friends play! We also will have food trucks and 2 YUTES delicious food available for late night bites! BAR AND RESTAURANT NOT OPEN YET… We do have water and gatorade and beer etc on sale though in the menatime.
